A leading company in trade kitchen supply seeks an Assistant Depot Manager in Troon. This fast-paced role offers a competitive salary and benefits, along with extensive training aimed at developing future depot managers. Ideal candidates will exhibit strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
As an Assistant Depot Manager, you will support your Depot Manager with the day-to-day running of the depot, always identifying and suggesting new opportunities to grow sales. Your support may include reviewing the P&L, recruiting, leading by example, and motivating the team to achieve and exceed sales targets by building strong relationships with the local trade.
