Job summary

Howdens Joinery is recruiting an Assistant Depot Manager to support the Depot Manager, driving sales and delivering results in a fast-paced environment. You will lead and coach the team, build strong relationships with local trade customers, and oversee day-to-day operations, stock and health & safety.

We’re hiring someone who thrives in a fast paced, hands‑on environment and is motivated by driving sales and working closely with their team to deliver results. This is a varied role where you’ll get involved across the depot, from leading and supporting your team to driving sales, customer service and overall performance.
