Job Description
Supporting Clear and Engaging Cricket Offers
  • Assist in the delivery of clear, accessible and creative cricket programmes for participants of all backgrounds and abilities.
  • Support the implementation of national and regional initiatives aligned with our strategic pillars.
  • Help ensure cricketing opportunities are welcoming, inclusive and engaging at every level
Helping to Deliver Thriving Competitions & Events
  • Support the organisation and coordination of competitions, leagues and community events
  • Work alongside local partners to ensure competitions are well-structured, inclusive and inspiring
  • Assist with monitoring and evaluation to improve future delivery
Encouraging Innovation in Participation
  • Contribute to the development of new cricket formats and flexible playing offers that engage new audiences such as Street Cricket.
  • Support efforts to introduce and trial innovative approaches in cricket delivery, including digital enhancements.
  • Help promote modern, accessible ways to get involved in the game.
Supporting Youth Cricket Experiences
  • Assist in delivering fun and engaging junior cricket programmes in schools, clubs and communities
  • Work closely with partners to ensure a positive first experience for all young participants
  • Contribute to programmes that provide clear opportunities for young players to enjoy, develop and progress
  • Help provide clear signposting and support for people moving through participation pathways
  • Assist with maintaining accurate records and insights into programme reach and impact
Inspiring Volunteers and Officials
  • Support the promotion and coordination of volunteering and officiating opportunities
  • Help deliver initiatives that welcome, develop and retain volunteers across the game
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for training, events and recognition activity
