Role Purpose:
To undertake appropriate PPM & repair works, and minor improvements within the Community, or any other properties associated with the Trust as required, also act as on-site liaison for the estates team.

Clinical:
Communication
Internal: Estates and Facilities Managers and Staff, Site Clinical Managers, all other Trust Staff as and when required.
External: Contractors and Suppliers as specified.
Operational / Technical Activities and administration are outlined in the job description attached.
