Qualifications

• Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
• Previous supervisory experience with a track record of coaching/mentoring to achieve sales and service targets
• Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation
• Flexibility to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and during special events in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
