Job description

Assistant Cost Consultant - High-End Retail & Hospitality

London Bridge (with occasional European travel)

Boutique Consultancy (Privately Owned)

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000

Ready to join a consultancy where you're more than just a number?

An established boutique consultancy, specialising in high-end retail and hospitality projects, is looking for an Assistant Cost Consultant to join its growing team based near London Bridge.

Since its formation in 2021 by two senior industry professionals, the company has quickly developed an impressive portfolio of work for some of the world's leading luxury brands, including Louis Vuitton, Ralph Lauren, Sushi Samba, Canada Goose, and Tiffany. Current projects span the UK and major European cities such as Paris, Madrid, Copenhagen, Monaco, and Milan.

Why join?

  • Real Influence: Be part of a small, highly experienced team where your work will have immediate visibility and impact.
  • European Exposure: Opportunities for occasional fully-expensed travel to some of Europe's most iconic cities (typically once or twice a month).
  • Career Progression: The leadership team is committed to developing future leaders, offering clear progression, mentorship, and direct client exposure.
  • Full APC Support: Structured in-house guidance, external APC assessors, and a £2,000 annual training allowance to support your development.
  • Collaborative Culture: A supportive, young team with a strong social side, regular team events, and a positive working environment.
  • Extra Holiday: Additional company-wide office closure for one week in August on top of your annual leave.

What we're looking for:

  • Ambitious and driven individuals with a genuine interest in high-end fit-out projects.
  • Prior experience or strong interest in retail, hospitality, or commercial fit-out sectors is advantageous.
  • Currently working towards APC or keen to start the process.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.

This is a unique opportunity to work directly with global luxury brands, gain international project experience, and accelerate your career in a fast-growing consultancy.
