About The Service
Cardiff Education Catering operates a service to circa 120 Secondary, Primary, and Special schools in Cardiff through 500 staff producing around 4 million meals per annum, providing breakfast, lunch and therapeutic diets for pupils, vending services and occasion catering for business meetings.

About the job
The Assistant Cook will be responsible for assisting the Kitchen Manager with all aspects of the business and service activities in the catering facility.

Additional information
This role is part-time at 30 hours per week (6 hours per day), 39 weeks per year. The advertised salary is based on a full-time role (37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year). The actual salary will be lower than the advertised salary because of the part-time hours and weeks worked.
