A local government authority in Lerwick is seeking an Assistant Cook responsible for meal preparation and cooking. This role offers a career development opportunity with support to achieve necessary skills and qualifications. The position is permanent, part-time at 26 hours per week, and includes a Distant Islands Allowance in the salary. Flexible working arrangements are available.
The Assistant Cook is responsible to the Cook for the preparation and cooking of meals. The Assistant Cook must be competent to deputise for the Cook as and when required.
