Job summary

A fast-growing catering company in Greater London is seeking a skilled professional dedicated to high food and service standards. The role offers a Monday to Friday schedule, with 35 hours a week and no late nights, allowing for a great work-life balance. The position provides an annual salary of £25,000, along with opportunities for career development and training. All staff are expected to commit to safeguarding children and young people, with mandatory DBS checks required.

Qualifications

• Proven craft-based experience utilising fresh ingredients, preferably gained within a high-volume or education catering setting.
• Hold Food Hygiene Level 2 (further advanced training will be provided).
• Possess up-to-date knowledge of Health and Safety practices within a professional kitchen environment.
• Demonstrate strong self-motivation, creativity, and the ability to proactively use your own initiative.
