Job summary

Northern Education Trust is seeking an Assistant Cook at ESSA Academy, Lever Edge Lane, Bolton. The role is part-time (30 hours) during term time, with 39 teaching weeks and 45.942 paid weeks, supporting the Chef Manager in breakfast, break, lunch and hospitality services according to the trust menu and student numbers.

The post is permanent; the salary is graded Grade 3, SCP 7-8, with a pro rata range of £19,537.77–£19,849.38. Flexible working and safeguarding checks apply for this appointment.

Salary amounts quoted are from the 1 September to 31 August and therefore if you commence employment part way through the academic year they are subject to an equated salary adjustment.
