You will use Avid Exchange for automated audit processes, reconcile leases, and prepare financial statements and bank reconciliations.

CPA preferred, public accounting background, and strong analytical skills are essential; expect a standard Mon-Fri schedule with extra hours during tax periods.

Qualifications

• CPA preferred with public accounting background.
• Real estate accounting experience.
• Proficient in Avid GL and GAAP; able to prepare financial statements.

Responsibilities

• Handle AP, AR, GL and cash management.
• Use Avid Exchange for audit, inspection and correction processes.
• Reconcile leases to recapture rent for properties.
• Prepare and review financial statements and bank reconciliations.
• Assist during peak tax periods as needed.
