Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience working for a maintenance/main contractor.
• Competent use in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel Trackers.
• Valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage reactive repairs and disrepair contract models.
• Oversee direct labour and supply chain models.
• Negotiate packages of work with subcontractors.
