Job Description

Are you passionate about helping create great content and campaigns that use the LEGO brand and the power of play to have a positive impact on children?

A unique opportunity to bring the LEGO mission to life to create outstanding impact for children in local communities around the world using learning through play!

We do not offer relocation for this role.

Core Responsibilities

Be a key member of the Social Responsibility team! You will work in partnership with colleagues, partners, LEGO Entities and creative agencies to assist with the creation of best-in-class content and materials to support the LEGO Group’s Brand mission to be the global force for learning through play.

This role will help improve existing and develop new Social Responsibility content and campaigns with the aim to inspire millions of children and caregivers. The role will work in lockstep across the Social Responsibility department ensuring that content is aligned with regional needs and global aspirations for scale and impact.

  • Assist with Social Responsibility content production: Social Responsibility creates award winning content to help inspire children and caregivers into playful action. Examples include Build the Change, Build to Give, Prescription for Play, Playful Learning Museum Network, Playful Digital Parenting, and much more. Content includes: presentations to spark creativity in kids, graphics libraries and toolkits, animated films, social media assets, printable signage for events, and much more. This role will work closely with the Global Programs Content Lead to support production – including project/partner management, file management, translation, graphics, text production and more.

  • Assist with Social Responsibility campaigns: A key part of the impact of Social Responsibility is capturing and amplifying the great work being done on the ground by our colleagues, partners, and volunteers in over 30 countries worldwide. This role will work closely with the Social Responsibility Storytelling and Campaigns lead to help with campaigns ranging from galvanizing children and adults to take part through to inspiring the world with the impactful work happening around the world. Key tasks will include gathering photography and footage of children’s activities, managing release forms, assisting with drafting of case studies, reviewing press releases, supporting large-scale integrated campaigns that span across multiple business functions and geographies and much more.

The ideal candidate brings a couple of years of relevant work experience and has been a member of a team delivering campaigns and content at quality and tight deadlines. In addition., we hope that you bring:

  • Proven experience using Adobe Creative suite

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills- demonstrated ability to write copy for a range of audiences

  • Excellent attention to detail and extremely organized

  • Multi-tasker able to juggle multiple, complex projects with shifting timelines at quality and within budget

  • Passion for children, play, education and social impact.
