This aligns with our employee value proposition of creating a modern and dynamic environment where people and teams can perform at their best, at pace, while doing all they can to support customers and help Britain prosper.

We’re transforming our business, so it’s never been more important that our colleague communications are clear, compelling and impactful. As our business transforms, we’re continually evolving how we communicate and engage with our people.

  • Finding opportunities, challenges and conflicts in planning and advising on tactics to maximise impact or mitigate risks.

  • Using data, measurement, AI tools and feedback to evaluate the impact of communications and continuously improve.

  • Championing inclusive and accessible communication practices that resonate with diverse internal audiences.

  • Maintaining a good understanding of the business, financial services landscape, and internal communication trends.

The role involves crafting engaging content and leading the editorial planning process to ensure the right messages reach the right audiences at the right time.

You'll help to drive innovation, using AI to enhance our storytelling and planning capabilities.
