The Assistant Construction Project Manager Role

The Assistant Construction Project Manager will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects across sectors such as commercial real estate, residential, education, government, and healthcare.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing energy management strategies to reduce costs and minimize environmental impact throughout each project's lifecycle. Collaboration with team members will be essential.

Key Requirements

• Construction project management experience
• Aiming towards professional chartership or a Project Management degree
• Experience with diverse build sector projects (preferred)
• Confidence in client communication, both verbal and written
