Main Function

The Assistant Concession Manager is responsible for driving the growth of the concession's performance and ensuring key results. Reporting to the Boutique Manager (based in New Bond Street Blancpain Boutique), this role involves managing daily operations, seeking new business opportunities, and leading a top-performing team. The role requires strategic, proactive actions, strong managerial and interpersonal skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset to meet sales objectives and foster client loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development

  • Exceed sales targets in line with brand retail strategy, complying with group procedures and regulations.
  • Develop programs to attract high-potential prospects and manage client relationships throughout their lifecycle.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with clients, providing special attention to VIPs to ensure loyalty.
  • Utilize CRM to identify opportunities and implement clienteling strategies.
Team Leadership and Development

  • Lead the team by communicating objectives, responsibilities, and standards clearly. Assign tasks and monitor performance.
  • Coach team members through meetings, training, and feedback sessions.
  • Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new staff, ensuring team cohesion and performance.
  • Monitor staff appearance and behavior to adhere to company policies.
Concession Operations

  • Ensure the concession space is well-maintained, visually appealing, and compliant with guidelines.
  • Follow operational procedures, identify issues, and implement solutions for seamless store operations.
  • Maintain security and proper care of stock and timepieces.
Health & Safety Compliance

  • Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe environment for staff and customers.
  • Assist with risk assessments and regulatory compliance within the concession.
Profile

  • Experience in managing or supervising teams, preferably in luxury retail concessions.
  • Strong leadership, motivation, and management skills.
  • Deep understanding of luxury retail and customer expectations.
  • Ability to build rapport with high-net-worth individuals and deliver exceptional service.
