Job Description:

A well-established commercial FTSE 250 organisation is currently seeking an Assistant Company Secretary to play a leading role in managing the day-to-day Group Secretariat requirements for the Group.

Responsibilities include managing Board and Committee Meetings, corporate administration such as Companies Registry filings, and disclosures.

The Assistant Company Secretary will also lead key projects, including producing the Annual Report and organizing the AGM. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with listed company, corporate, and regulatory requirements, and embedding best practices.

The role involves engaging with the Board, Executive Committee, Senior Leadership, and external stakeholders like NEDs.

Applicants should have at least 3 years of experience in a listed company environment and be confident in handling all listed company responsibilities independently.
