Are you an Assistant Co Sec looking for contract opportunities within the Asset Management/PE sector?
This impressive international investment management business operates a number of funds and has a particular strength in real estate and private equity but also has investments in public markets, private debt and is currently expanding into insurance and banking. The firm also offers corporate advisory services and provides wealth management for a range of global HNW and UHNW individuals.
The business currently has AUM of £4.5Bn and operates out of offices in London, Switzerland, the US and Middle East with each of their various entities being fully regulated in the territories in which they operate.

The business has grown rapidly and is actively expanding into new investment areas. As a high growth business, they have previously outsourced a number of core business functions to external service providers. However, as the business continues to grow, there is a drive to bring more of these functions in-house to improve quality and be in line with regulatory best practice.
Reporting to the Company Secretary, this is a fixed term contract opportunity of 3-6 months supporting all governance, board support and entity management activities on a group of funds based in the UK, Channel Islands, Luxembourg and the Caribbean. You will also have the opportunity to get involved with some of the broader Fund Administration work

Basic salary for a permanent opportunity at this grade would be c£70,000 plus a benefits package. For this contract role, salary is negotiable.
The opportunity is based in their central London office and is contractually full-time in the office. However, there is a culture of flexibility which allows for a degree of home working on an informal/discretionary basis.
