Job description

We’re Hiring: Assistant Community Manager (Part-Time)

Neighbourhood Studios in Leeds is seeking a friendly, proactive, and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Community Manager (16 hours per week, pro rata). This is a unique opportunity to work in a vibrant creative space alongside some of Leeds’ top creatives.

Location: Neighbourhood Studios, Leeds

Working Days: Monday & Friday (with some flexibility)

Salary: Upon application

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Serve as the first point of contact for studio residents, providing assistance and support
  2. Ensure the studio remains tidy, welcoming, and well-maintained, reporting any issues as needed
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges
  4. Manage social media enquiries and respond to emails
  5. Coordinate and schedule studio tours for prospective residents
  6. Handle and distribute mail internally and externally
Essential Skills & Qualities:
  1. Friendly, approachable, and community-focused
  2. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
  3. Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  4. Basic computer proficiency
  5. Familiarity with social media platforms
