Overview

We're seeking a proactive, people-focused individual to lead and support the daily running of our Community Library Hub, helping residents thrive through access to digital tools, learning, and local services. Oversee daily operations and provide assisted digital support. Deliver inclusive, high-quality library services across Birmingham. Support residents with digital access, wellbeing, and financial resilience. Manage and mentor a small team to ensure excellent service delivery. Act as first point of contact for low-level needs, resolving issues quickly. Promote access to education, employment, and cultural activities. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with council policies. Work flexibly across locations, including evenings and weekends. Grade 3 - £26,409 - £32,654. Consultation grade - subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review. Working 36.5 hours per week.
