SoCode Limited in Cambridgeshire seeks an ambitious Assistant Commercial Manager to support the Commercial Head across contracts, compliance and bids. You'll learn quickly, build cross-functional relationships and turn complex issues into practical commercial decisions, with a role that offers breadth, visibility and early responsibility for an early-career professional.

The role is office-based, full-time, with salary in the mid-£30k range and benefits.

Qualifications

• 12–18 months post-graduate experience
• Degree in Law, Business, Economics or related subject preferred
• Understanding of contracts and commercial risks a plus

Responsabilités

• Support review, negotiation and management of commercial contracts
• Identify risks and help develop practical solutions
• Support regulatory and HR-related matters
• Coordinate and manage bid process from opportunity to submission
• Collaborate with Sales to drive bid outcomes
• Lead a team of four within the bid function
• Provide structure, planning and consistency to bids
