HS2 Ltd is seeking an Assistant Commercial Manager to support commercial activity alongside the supply chain and contractors. The role includes drafting contract documents, supporting contract management plans, and administering contracts including valuations, payment assessments and supply chain disputes, with a focus on NEC3 contracts for infrastructure and capital projects.

You will work within the Delivery teams, supporting after-award contract management, monthly reporting, and development

Qualifications

• Administering contracts to deliver infrastructure, capital or similar projects and programmes.
• Understanding of dispute resolution processes and procedures.
• Knowledge of contract, commercial and risk management methods.

Responsabilités

• Support contract management to maintain effective commercial control after contract award
• Support administration of the Project Manager's obligations under the NEC3 contract
• Support valuation of variations and compensation events
• Support contract payment assessments
• Support review and analysis of monthly supply chain reports
• Support input of contract-level performance information into monthly MBR reports
• Support settlement of supply chain disputes
• Support estimate reviews at all stages
• Support development of commercial works information, review works information from other functions and draft contract documents
• Support development of a contract management plan
• Promote and embed equality, diversity and inclusion in all work and comply with EDI policies

This is an Assistant Commercial Manager post in the Delivery teams at HS2 Ltd, supporting commercial activity alongside the supply chain and contractors. The work covers drafting contract documents, supporting contract management plans, and administering contracts including valuations, payment assessments and supply chain disputes.
