Key responsibilities:

  1. Support the ongoing contract administration under the guidance of the Contract and Commercial Manager.
  2. Liaison with external stakeholders to manage the efficient contract administration within defined parameters.
  3. Coordination of, and contribution to, various communications using the contract management and reporting tool, ensuring all necessary documentation is distributed and processed to support efficient contract management activities.
  4. Support audits, reviews, and assessments of contractor performance.

About you:

  1. Working towards or have Quantity Surveying/Commercial or Construction focused qualification, or similar by experience.
  2. Contractual experience in the nuclear arena and/or fundamental knowledge of Construction industries and understanding of commercial considerations.
  3. Problem solving and analytical skills.
  4. Interpersonal skills to build relationships with key stakeholders.
  5. Ability to prepare reports using a variety of Microsoft tools.
  6. NEC 3 knowledge is preferred but not essential.
  7. A motivated learner.
