Are you an experienced coach, specializing in defence, and eager to help shape the future of the Glasgow Warriors? We're seeking an Assistant Coach to work closely with the Head Coach in preparing a dynamic squad of professional players for success across all major competitions. This is your chance to be part of a team dedicated to elevating professional rugby in Glasgow and Scotland, while driving excellence both on and off the field.

Key responsibilities:
  1. Develop & implement coaching programme at individual and club level
  2. Work with High Performance colleagues to support all aspects of team fitness, selection, and administration
  3. Contribute to the Club's culture of professionalism and supporting the community
You will bring:
  1. Coaching experience from within a professional rugby environment
  2. Experience of working within a high performance multi-disciplinary team
  3. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
