We are hiring an Assistant Manager for our Wood Green Clinic to support daily operations, drive commercial success, and create a positive environment for both clients and staff. 3# Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting the Clinic Manager with the daily operations of the clinic.
  • Managing and improving the day-to-day operation in the clinic.
  • Ensuring all team members deliver a 5-star service to clients at all times.
  • Ensuring all Procedures and Policies are followed as set by Thérapie Clinic.
  • Driving sales and ensuring that the clinic is working towards its full potential.
  • Supporting mentoring team members within the clinic to support their career development.
  • Ad hoc duties as required.
4# Qualifications and Skills
  • Excellent communication and teaching skills.
  • High level of organization and detail orientation.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with an ability to self-direct when necessary.
