We are hiring an Assistant Manager for our Richmond Clinic to support daily operations, drive commercial success, and create a positive environment for both clients and staff. Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting the Clinic Manager with the daily operations of the clinic.
  • Managing and improving the day-to-day operations in the clinic.
  • Ensuring all team members deliver a 5-star service, with clients at the forefront of everything we do.
  • Ensuring all procedures and policies are followed as set by Thérapie Clinic.
  • Driving sales and ensuring that the clinic works towards its full potential.
  • Supporting and mentoring team members within the clinic to support their career development.
  • Performing ad hoc duties as required.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Excellent communication and teaching skills.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to self-direct when necessary.
  • High level of customer service skills.
