We are hiring an Assistant Manager for our Leicester Clinic to support daily operations, drive commercial success, and create a positive environment for both clients and staff. Key Responsibilities
  • Assisting the Clinic Manager with the daily operations of the clinic.
  • Managing and improving the day-to-day operation in the clinic.
  • Ensuring clients are at the forefront of everything we do, delivering a 5-star service at all times.
  • Ensuring all procedures and policies are followed as set by Thérapie Clinic.
  • Driving sales and ensuring that the clinic is working towards its full potential.
  • Supporting with mentoring team members within the clinic to aid their career development.
  • Ad hoc duties as required.
