3# Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Clinic Manager with daily operations.
• Manage and improve day-to-day clinic operations.
• Ensure all team members deliver 5-star service, with clients at the forefront.
• Ensure all Procedures and Policies are followed as set by Thérapie Clinic.
• Drive sales and help the clinic reach its full potential.
• Support mentoring team members for career development.
• Perform ad hoc duties as required.
