Assistant Client Listening Partner (Part-time)

About this opportunity

We have an excellent opportunity for a client-facing, results-oriented customer relations or business development professional to join us in a part-time, permanent position as Assistant Client Listening Partner, as part of our client engagement team.

The role primarily involves supporting the administration of client listening interviews, from initial communication and client identification to recording, reporting, and analyzing outcomes, and feeding back trends to stakeholders.

As you develop in the role, there will be opportunities for progression, including leading client listening interviews as a Client Listening Partner. Additionally, you'll support the Women at Gleeds group with ad-hoc activities.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Identify clients for interviews and gather relevant information
  • Arrange pre-interview meetings with internal teams
  • Maintain accurate records of the interview process
  • Coordinate and schedule client interviews
  • Transcribe and summarize interview recordings; prepare reports
  • Input client feedback into Fu3e, ensuring data accuracy
  • Create trend analysis reports from Fu3e data
  • Share interview outcomes with internal teams and gather feedback
  • Support administration for client expectation interviews
  • Coordinate smaller client listening light interviews and collate findings
  • Update the client listening area on Yogi with key findings
  • Support Women at Gleeds activities, including meetings and events
