We're currently recruiting a dedicated Assistant Cleaning Manager to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Healthcare on a full time basis, contracted to 35 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Ensuring all deliveries are checked and stored promptly and correctly
2. Supervising a small team, creating a positive environment where everyone feels welcomed and supported
3. Being a responsible key holder
4. Assisting with weekly bookwork and any other duties that are necessary
5. Producing weekly rotas following the manager's guidelines
6. Placing orders for stock to maintain the correct stock levels
7. Delegating where necessary and ensuring the team are proactive at all times
8. Complying with Health & Safety regulations

Our ideal Assistant Cleaning Manager will:

1. Have experience in a similar role
2. Possess knowledge of Health & Safety legislation including COSHH
3. Demonstrate excellent people management skills
4. Exhibit excellent communication skills
5. Have experience in carrying out monitoring of quality standards/audits
6. Be IT literate
7. Show passion for training and leading a team
8. Be able to work flexibly in line with business requirements including attending meetings
