A leading insurance brokerage is seeking an Assistant Claims Manager. This hybrid role based in Birmingham requires supporting complex insurance claims and delivering excellent client experiences. We are seeking a talented individual to support our major and complex claims consulting practice, working alongside industry experts to deliver exceptional service to our clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career in claims management within a dynamic, collaborative environment. This role can be based out of our London, Birmingham, Reading, Manchester or Bristol offices. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office or with clients.
The successful applicant will support the preparation, presentation, and project management of complex insurance claims under the guidance of Senior Claims Managers and be expected to deliver outstanding client experiences whilst achieving excellent outcomes.
This role would be perfect for someone coming from a previous Adjusting/Claims background looking to join a well-established, market-leading insurance broker with great development and progression opportunities.
