Assistant Claims Adjuster, Speciality

Here at CFC, Assistant Claims Adjusters are at the core of our Claims function. Our assistants will have the opportunity to become subject matter experts in Specialty claims (Property & Casualty, General Liability, Healthcare, or Professional Indemnity) and work closely with internal stakeholders including Underwriting, Finance, IT, and Product teams from day one.

We seek a conscientious and hardworking professional eager to start their career in claims, ideally aiming to become a claims adjuster. This role offers excellent entry into the claims world with invaluable training and cross-jurisdictional experience.

About the role

This position involves general claims administrative duties, supporting the team, and managing a caseload of Specialty claims under supervision. Responsibilities include:

  • Handling claims in accordance with CFC guidelines
  • Performing administrative duties across platforms
  • Escalating issues appropriately
  • Ensuring claims department effectiveness as a TPA
About you

Ideal candidates will have an interest in claims, enjoy dynamic environments, and possess strong organizational skills. Prior insurance claim handling experience in Lloyds market is desirable but not essential. Customer focus is key.
