We are seeking an Assistant Civil Engineer to join our Design & Engineering team, supporting our Senior Civil Lead Engineer. You will be involved in designing and providing technical support for our water management product ranges, including bespoke water management solutions and the Redi-Rock retaining wall system. Your role will include producing drawings, calculations, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and company procedures.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Strong knowledge of technical engineering environments
  • Experience in civil/structural design and technical support
  • Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Construction qualification (degree preferred)
  • Knowledge of Eurocode 2 design, EN 1992 Part 1-1
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Structural Engineering Software (SCIA experience preferred)
  • Effective communication and stakeholder relationship skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines
