Are you passionate about outdoor adventures, water safety, and delivering exceptional experiences?

As our Assistant Chief Watersports Instructor, you'll get to work at an award-winning park that not only is used for leisure activities but also is crucial to the supply of water to Anglian Water's millions of customers.

The watersports centre offers sailing, windsurfing, rowing, and paddle boarding, providing a fun-filled day out for beginners to experts, as well as group tuition for school groups and corporate events.

What will you be doing?

  1. Overseeing watersports activities and mentoring the instructor team.
  2. Delivering high-quality training sessions and ensuring safety compliance.
  3. Supporting planning and management of events or activities.

It's essential that you have previous experience as a Watersports Instructor and;
