We are looking for a talented Assistant Chief Financial Officer to join the Finance leadership team at The Harley Street Campus in London. You will play a key role in shaping the hospital’s financial strategy, supporting business growth and ensuring robust financial management across the organisation. This role is on the development path toward becoming CFO and offers the opportunity to influence decision‑making at a senior level - all while contributing to the continued success of one of the UK’s leading private healthcare providers.
As a key member of the Finance leadership team, the Assistant Chief Financial Officer will report to the Chief Financial Officer and assume a supportive role in the financial management of the Campus. The Assistant CFO will share responsibility for planning, implementing, managing, and controlling financial‑related activities under the direction of the CFO. This includes supporting accounting, finance, forecasting, and strategic planning functions, including close collaboration with the Chief Nursing Officer and Chief HR Officer on workforce planning, whilst at the same time driving operational strategy by supporting the Chief Operating Officers and Chief Executive Officer.
