Park Plaza County Hall Hotel comprises of 399 guest rooms, 7 meeting rooms, Atrio Restaurant and Bar and sets the tone for an enhanced business trip, family getaway or couples retreat in Central London.

We are looking for an Assistant Chief Engineer who will:

1. Support the Chief Engineer in the overall engineering and maintenance operations of the hotel.
2. Ensure that all training needs for team members are identified, processed promptly, and undertaken at an appropriate time.
3. Carry out routine spot checks of equipment.
4. Ensure that the engineering provision is delivered and meets the departmental objectives.
5. Promote a helpful and professional image to guests and other team members by responding with full and positive cooperation to requests received.
6. Manage requests promptly, helpfully, politely and with a caring attitude.
7. Have experience leading a large maintenance team.
8. Be hands-on and strong with stakeholder management.

10. Have previous experience as an Assistant Chief Engineer or Maintenance Manager in a similar sized hotel.
