JOB SUMMARY
As
an Assistant Chief Concierge in our Concierge department, you will play a key
role in delivering exceptional, personalised experiences for every guest. You
will be a true ambassador of Pan Pacific London, ensuring every interaction
reflects our commitment to excellence. Your responsibilities will include, but
are not limited to:
• Assisting our Chief Concierge with day
to day operations and upholding standard operational procedures in line with
Pan Pacific London policies, we strive for excellence and consistency.
• You
are responsible for team meetings and training for the Front Office with a
strong focus on their development and growth (concierge, butlers, reception,
etc). You are confident and drive the
Concierge team meetings and conduct training to develop and grow the front
office team.
• You
are the heartbeat of the City with extensive knowledge of activities/events
available in the City (theatres, exhibitions, concerts, shows, sports, leisure
activities, sightseeing tours, etc.)
• Establish
a close relationship with the relevant partners in these areas to provide the
most up-to-date information, ticketing, reservations, etc.
