Qualifications

• Passion for cooking with experience in a fresh food kitchen.
• Relevant hygiene certificates and food safety awareness.
• Ability to communicate well and support residents’ dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Create varied, nutritious menus for residents with dietary needs.
• Deliver an excellent dining experience to residents.
• Train and manage kitchen team in prep, cook and service.
• Follow COSHH and HACCP, budgets, orders, deliveries.
• Cater for events and seasonal activities as required.
