Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating varied, nutritious menus using fresh ingredients, tailored to residents' dietary needs and preferences
• Contributing ideas to enhance the dining experience, making residents feel at home
• Training and managing the kitchen team in food preparation, cooking, and serving
• Following COSHH and HACCP guidelines, adhering to company policies, managing budgets, orders, and deliveries
• Catering for special events and seasonal activities, such as summer fetes, Christmas parties, and birthdays
