Brentwood Care Centre is looking to recruit an Assistant Chef to join their friendly team.

This role is full-time (40 hours per week) worked over a 7-day rota period, including some weekends and Bank Holidays.

Duties include

• Assist the Head Chef in the kitchen, managing workloads and organizing accordingly.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the kitchen and equipment.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures, health and safety regulations, and other relevant guidelines.
• Understand the importance of providing appropriate diets and accommodating special dietary needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager.
