Job summary

The Restaurant Group is hiring an Assistant Chef to support kitchen teams and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Roles include preparing dishes, maintaining high standards, and working flexibly for airport shifts that may start as early as 3am.

Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen as a kitchen assistant or prep chef.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Positive attitude in a fast-paced airport environment.
• Flexibility in hours; airport shifts can start at 3am.
• Able to provide a 5-year work/education/personal reference history and undertake a criminal record check.

Responsibilities
