Salary: £23,664.52 per year (pro rata)

Job Description

We are seeking an Assistant Catering Manager to join our team at the above location.

Reporting to the Catering Manager, your main responsibilities will include delivering high-quality catering services, including food preparation and cooking. You should be self-motivated with excellent cooking techniques and support the Catering Manager in achieving performance targets and objectives.

You will also assist with completing relevant paperwork, Pecos ordering, and support the ongoing training and supervision of catering staff in accordance with current legislation.

The role requires flexibility, with the possibility of transfers within a reasonable geographical area around your base location.

This position is temporary for up to 6 months.
