Qualifications

• Confident communicator with vulnerable people and professionals.
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage individual care plans to fit service user needs.
• Schedule and supervise field staff, providing day-to-day support.
• Log and investigate incidents while managing safeguarding concerns.
• Engage with stakeholders and address client requests.
• Maintain accurate case notes, logs, and support audits.
