Position: Assistant Care Manager – Dementia Live-In
Location: SweetTree Home Care Services – Coleridge House, 1 Coleridge Gardens, London NW6 3QH
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm. 37.5 hours weekly.
Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 per annum, pro rata basis
Agreement Period: Full Time – Permanent

Role Overview: As the Assistant Care Manager, you will support the Dementia Service Live-In Manager in delivering high-quality care and support to our clients. You will assist in managing the Support Worker team, ensuring compliance with SweetTree’s Quality Assurance markers, and contributing to the achievement of our company KPIs.
