Job summary

Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in Cambridge is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Cardiac Physiologist to join our busy Cardiac Physiology Department. Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Cardiac Physiologist to join our busy Cardiac Physiology Department.

You will be involved in all aspects of the non-invasive Cardiology Department and will be expected to assist in the timely, efficient and safe delivery of Cardiology procedures.

You will be involved in undertaking 12 lead ECGs, fitting patients with Ambulatory ECG monitors and providing assistance to senior members of the team where needed.

In addition to this, you will be expected to undertake ordering and audit stock levels as part of their role.

You will be provided with full training to enable you to undertake this role. You will be performing diagnostic tests within the Cardiology Department for example ECGs, fitting ambulatory monitors.

We are a friendly team based in the outpatients department and are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to help us deliver excellent patient care.
