Overview

As an Assistant Cafe Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our kitchens and service counters run smoothly and helping to deliver truly incredible food experiences. This role involves shift patterns of 5 out of 7 days.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between the team and manager to continually exceed expectations
• Motivate the team to stay on task
• Assist the manager with managing inventories, monitoring budgets and implementing action plans
• Manage the tills and process payments
• Support and train our teams, leading from the front to ensure everyone can excel in their role
• Assist with paperwork when required
• Represent Compass Group UK&I and maintain a positive brand image

Qualifications

• Have previous experience in a similar role
