A leading retail company in the UK is seeking a Buying & Supply Chain Assistant to join their Hospitality Buying & Supply Chain team. This full-time role includes responsibilities such as sourcing products, managing supplier relationships, and analyzing data. The ideal candidate should have experience in buying or supply chain and be proficient in data analysis using Microsoft Excel. The role offers a hybrid work model with three days a week at the office in Welwyn Garden City.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work within the Hospitality Buying & Supply Chain team as a Buying & Supply Chain Assistant.
Reporting into the Buying & Supply Chain Manager, this head office role will encompass a wide range of buying and supply chain duties including supplier & stock management, new product sourcing, product costing and availability, data and report analysis and responsibility for Café stock availability.
The successful applicant should be organised and a great communicator, with experience in buying and/or supply chain. Experience using Excel is crucial as this role will include data analysis and reporting.
This is a full-time role, including 3 days a week at the Tesco Head Office in Welwyn Garden City.
