Support the Buying Team with operations to establish the optimum commercial cross channel assortment for related brands/regions, whilst maximizing the financial plan and respecting the category/brand objectives and direction.


Individual accountabilities
  • Assort, price and forecast the line
  • Maintain the line in the IT system
  • Order & track samples orders
  • Track business performance weekly (SI, SO, GM,…)
  • Benchmark decisions against competition & broader market landscape
  • Support the Team in reporting
  • Set up the showroom & present the assortment at line opening
Shared accountabilities
  • Define seasonal assortment needs upfront & share with Global Merchandising teams
  • Contribute to brand elevation both on qualitative and quantitative point of view
  • Participate/initiate business development projects
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
  • Office package knowledge (Excel, Lookups, pivots…)
  • International experience (work / study)
  • 1 year work experience/Internship or Graduate from School
  • Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus
  • Concrete passion for Diversity & Inclusion values
  • Excitement about teamwork and straight talk
