MANCHESTER, SELFRIDGES (TRAFFORD CENTRE)

FULL TIME, 37.5 HOURS A WEEK

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Assistant Manager supports the Business Manager in achieving sales targets and ensures excellent execution of store operations. Responsibilities include team management, representing the store in the manager’s absence, and demonstrating strong sales skills, especially in beauty, make-up artistry, and fragrance knowledge.

Your main focus includes:

• Supporting coaching and motivation of the team to meet sales targets
• Building customer relationships for sales and upselling
• Leading by example as a brand ambassador, adhering to brand standards
• Using iPads for email, reporting, and visual merchandising guidelines
• Monitoring business performance, competitor activity, and market share
