The role of the Assistant Finance Business Partner

• Work closely with the Senior Finance Partner to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
• Partner with non-finance teams to improve financial understanding and compliance
• Contribute to the success of strategic initiatives through data-driven insights
• Support the Senior Finance Partner in the completion of month-end reporting requirements
• Provision of data for the annual audit process
• Complete weekly departmental KPI reports

The ideal candidate for the Assistant Finance Business Partner

• CIMA / ACCA / ACA part-qualified / AAT
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Excel and financial software
• A proactive and collaborative approach, with a keen eye for detail
